River Place on the Clinch is a community-based tourism development focusing on preservation, restoration, and environmental protection in the remote community of Kyles Ford, Tennessee. A Market, rental cabins, camping, cafe, and a Conservation Center are creating jobs and are the basis for sustainable economic development in the area.

Clinch-Powell RC&D is a rural community development organization serving Claiborne, Grainger, Hancock, Hawkins, and Union counties. Our mission is to serve the needs of our communities, to protect our environment, and to enhance the quality of life of the people of the area through leadership, education, volunteerism, and action. The RC&D is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
