Our cabins, vintage Appalachian cottage, and the Clinch River Conservation Retreat provide a comfortable environment suitable for many purposes.

The cabins, cottage, and lodge all come with kitchen and dining areas, couches, beds, and showers--just like home.

Stock up on edibles at the River Place Market. We appreciate your business and hope you'll enjoy your stay.

All of our lodgings provide:

• TV/DVD/video game hookup -- one per cabin
• telephone -- for local calls--long-distance requires a pre-paid phone card

Our lodgings don't come with:

• cellphone service
• Internet --nearest Intenet available is at the Sneedville Public Library

What you should bring:

• soap or shampoos
• hair dryer
• iron/ ironing board

Don't worry about forgetting something. Anything you might forget to bring, if the cabins don't have come with it, you'll probably find it at the River Place Market, from Goody's Headache Powder to Fly Swat!
